Benchmarking is a way that schools or trust’s can compare their income and expenditure with similar establishments in England.
Benchmarking helps us to consider how to use our resources to support high-quality teaching and the best education outcomes for our pupils.  It can help our school to consider whether:

• our resource allocations are working for us;
• how we can improve outcomes by doing things differently.

In the year 2022/23, we have 0 school employees with a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more.
