Headteacher's Welcome

I would like to extend a warm welcome to all viewers of this website and particularly to prospective parents/carers and those already part of our community. I do hope that you will be able to find all the information you need.

Chadwell Primary is a large school with over 600 pupils on site. We believe in providing a safe and stimulating environment which enables every child to achieve their best through varied learning experiences so that they can be confident, happy, healthy pupils who are lifelong learners. We embrace our responsibility to ensuring that the building blocks for learning are established upon a secure foundation. We are very proud of our school where our over-riding ethos is one of respect. Our staff work extremely hard to provide a great environment for the pupils with exciting learning opportunities and a focus on getting the very best from each child whilst ensuring they are happy and well looked after.

We believe our children are capable of achieving their full potential and we will do our utmost to help them believe in their own abilities. As an inclusive school we celebrate diversity within our school community and the children embrace this and respect one another.

We aim to work closely with our parents and carers as we believe that your child's education is a partnership between home and school.

We particularly welcome visits to the school if you are considering applying for a place for your child so please make an appointment at the school’s main office should you wish to come and visit.
